    Webpage: http://www.sean-fournier.com
    Location: Milford, CT, USA
Description: Jack Johnson meets Damien Rice... With Tom Waits staring through the window

Biography: Inspired by the likes of Damien Rice, Coldplay, and Five For Fighting, this Connecticut Native is stirring up a sound all his own. Sean Fournier's style stretches across folk, rock, pop, with a hint of blues. Fournier taught himself how to play guitar when he was 16 years old, and the piano and ukulele followed soon after. With catchy melodies and "ain't that the truth" lyrics, Sean hopes the listener can relate to his music and put words to a feeling they previously couldn't put their finger on.

Fournier uses stories to carry his songs, touching the topics of relationships, life and death, and chasing dreams. If lyrics like, “I went to jail at seventeen for the murder of my self-esteem” don’t grab the audience’s attention, his melodies sure will.

After successfully releasing his sophomore album Paper Tiger in August 2006, Fournier is ready to begin his 2007 tour. The Real Magic TV “Up & Comer” will begin touring Connecticut BORDERS stores January 7, 2007. His new album Paper Tiger, which is available on iTunes, has been recognized both domestically and internationally.

Fournier stays connected with his fans through both his personal website (www.sean-fournier.com) and his myspace.com site (www.myspace.com/sfournier). Fournier maintains both sites and posts music, lyric meanings, biographies, and show dates for fans. With the aid of myspace.com, Fournier has reached more than 12,000 fans.
